Dr. Baptist has served in many medical staff leadership positions at Bridgeton Hospital, South Jersey Healthcare, and the current Inspira Health Network. He enjoys teaching, and has been on the teaching faculty at Inspira for over 10 years ago. He has been on the Medical Executive Committee for over 25 years, and has he served 3 terms as Medical Staff President. He has also served three 3 year terms on the Inspira Foundation. He currently serves on the Board of Complete Care, and is the founding Chair of the Complete Care Family Health Foundation. He serves on the Compass Academy Charter School Board of Trustees, Vineland, NJ.
