Noreen Campbell has made furthering the development of individuals and organizations the focus of her career. After teaching junior high school science and coaching competitive swimmers for five year, Ms. Campbell began her career with the DuPont Company in 1978.  While working in technical assignments she became interested in organizational effectiveness techniques as a way to improve team performance and new product introductions. She led the development of high performance work teams in a number of DuPont sites. In 1998, Ms. Campbell assumed management of a DuPont manufacturing site in Rochester, NY. It was here that she first began experimenting with advanced learning

systems as a way to improve business performance.  She has applied the Let Me Learn® to improve performance of individuals and teams and to the development of women in the workplace. Noreen retired from DuPont in December 2006. At the time of her retirement, she was the Manager of Safety, Health and Environmental Manager for DuPont’s C&CT Platform. Since her retirement, she has continued to consult for Let Me Learn Inc, to provide workforce development training and provide staff development for the Let Me Learn Charter School in New Jersey. Currently she is working as a teacher/naturalist for the Delaware Nature Society.
